With over 17 years of experience in positive reinforcement dog training, owner Victoria began her journey in 2004 as an Animal Care Technician at Best Friends Pet Resort in Gaithersburg, MD. In 2008, she became a Certified Dog Trainer at PetSmart in Hagerstown, MD where she honed her skills and built the solid foundation in the field. After relocating to Texas, she continued her career at a kennel, further expanding her expertise. In 2010, Victoria moved back to Pennsylvania and joined the Petco team. In 2011, she took on the role of dog training mentor, overseeing the entire Central Pennsylvania district. In this capacity, she trained and guided other dog trainers, ensuring the standards of care and training excellence. In 2022, Victoria completed her associate's degree in applied science. Through her knowledge and expertise today, Victoria continues to leverage her extensive experience as she builds Pluto's Pet Gym & Training, demonstrating that blending your passion for dogs with a commitment to quality training and care. 

 Maria co-owner of Pluto's Pet Gym & Training has over 4 years of experience in the pet industry. She began her journey in the pet world at PetSmart in Hagerstown, MD starting in 2006 where she gained valuable skills and expertise prior to her pet industry career. Maria had already built a foundation in retail, bringing multiple years of management experience to the table in her role at Pluto's Pet Gym & Training. Maria overseas the day-to-day operations including supply management, stocking the facility and maintaining the slat mills. With multiple years of management experience Maria brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the team. Together with Victoria, Maria is dedicated to fostering a positive and engaging experience for all dogs and owners.
